HYDU_create_process, execvp error on file pyfr (No such file or directory)

Hello Mr Freddie,
can you tell me is the below error due to pyfr or related to cluster.
If it is something related to Pyfr, please suggest me how to solve.
If it is related to cluster, will request my college IT team for support.

I have tried to use miniconda for python3.9 as with virtualenv I am unable to create python env of 3.9+(as it is mentioned that pyfr requires 3.9+)

It is likely that the version of CUDA on your cluster is too old. PyFR requires a minimum of 11.4.
