Divide region in paraview

I use paraview 5.7.0 version.
The ~.vtu file was opened in paraview for post-processing.
As set in grid production, I want to see “inlet”, “lower”, “outlet”…domain(region?) divided.
Is it automatic when opening a file, or should the filter function be used in paraview?

I want to attach my mesh, config, results files directly, but idk how to upload files :rofl:

Finally, my goal is to plot of pressure coefficient and get aerodynamics (Cl,Cd)

You will need to use an appropriate set of filters in ParaView to extract the surface. The https://discourse.paraview.org/ is probably the best place to ask any specific questions.

If you are just looking for Cl and Cd then the fluid force plugin in PyFR is likely easier, and more efficient.
