Libxsmm on Mac M1

I was wondering if anyone in the community had had any luck getting PyFR and libxsmm to work on the M1 chips from mac?

I haven’t had any luck in getting it to work and now that Freddie has removed GiMMiK from the openmp backend I can’t ignore the problem any longer.

These issues should now be resolved with the current master of libxsmm.
