ImportError: cannot import name ‘_errors’ from partially initialized module ‘h5py’ (most likely due to a circular import) (/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/h5py/init.py)

How to resolve this error?

There appears to be a problem with your Python set-up. Looking at the traceback the issue is with import h5py. This is nothing to do with PyFR and can likely be reproduced by just running import h5py at a Python prompt.
