is there any scaling data for HPC clusters with PyFR which is relatively recent on AMD or NVIDIA vendors?

Yes, see below for recent scaling data on p = 7 tetrahedra solving compressible Navier–Stokes using Mi250X GPUs. Baseline performance is 1.8 GDOF/s.
