Dear All,

We have released PyFR v1.11.0.

New Features:

- Native HIP backend for targeting AMD GPUs.
- Rewritten CUDA backend which no longer depends on PyCUDA.
- Improved defaults for the CUDA backend which can improve out of the box performance.
