Dear All,

We have released PyFR v0.3.0.

New Features:

- Port to Python 3
- New file format based on HDF5
- More time-stepping schemes
- More boundary conditions
- On-the-fly point-data extraction

Release Notes:

- The way PyFR is invoked has been simplified e.g. 'pyfr-sim run’ is now ‘pyfr run’ (see the updated User Guide for full details [PyFR](http://www.pyfr.org/user_guide.php))
