Hello everyone. I didn’t find any positivity preserving limiters in the pyfr, Is there a positive limiter in pyfr? If not, how does pyfr deal with possible negative density or pressure?

There aren’t any and it doesn’t.
The new entropy filtering approach that is going through PR at the moment will add some fucntionality to handle this.
