Whenever I am running my case with a simple 3D airfoil without a partition it runs fine (except for taking a long time). However, when I partition it into 4, I am getting a strange error message when running mpiexec -n 4 pyfr -p run -b cuda airfoil\_part/airfoil\_pyfr2.pyfrm airfoil\_pyfr.ini. Attached is the error message I am receiving.

What version of PyFR are you using?

Try updating to the most recent release. That should fix the issue.

What is the best way to update pyfr without losing any of my dependencies like MÉTIS for example. It took me forever to get all of that set up. Thanks for your help.
